1. Application deadline
You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your product (based on the signed-for date).
2. Return and exchange requirements
- The product must be new, unused, and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging.
- We will be responsible for returns/exchanges due to quality issues, damage, or incorrect shipment (e.g., wrong size or color).
- Returns and exchanges due to subjective reasons (e.g., dislike or color not matching expectations) will not be accepted.
3. Return and exchange process
- Please contact us via our customer service email to submit a return or exchange request and provide your order number and relevant photos.
- Once your return or exchange conditions are confirmed, we will provide a return address and subsequent instructions.
- You must package the item securely and return it via tracked shipping, keeping proof of delivery.
- Once the item is confirmed to be correct, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-7 business days.
4. Shipping costs
- For returns or exchanges due to product quality issues or incorrect shipment, Lao Taobao will cover the return shipping costs.
- For returns or exchanges for personal reasons (such as an incorrect size or personal preference), shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
5. Refunds
- Refunds will be made to the original payment account (e.g., PayPal, bank card, etc.).
- The processing time for your payment will depend on the processing speed of your payment platform or bank.
- For returns not due to quality issues, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
6. Special circumstances
- If the product is damaged during shipment or exhibits obvious quality defects, please contact us as soon as possible after signing for it and provide relevant photos.
- If the wrong item is shipped, we will cover the return shipping costs and reship or refund you.
7. Other notes
- Please do not return the product without customer service confirmation, as this may result in a refund being processed.
- We recommend using a shipping method with tracking. If the return is unsuccessful due to loss or damage in transit, the buyer is responsible.
- Returns and exchanges received after 30 days will not be accepted.
