3. Shipping fees
- All orders are subject to shipping charges.
- The shipping fee will be displayed on the checkout page and automatically calculated based on the destination and weight.
4. Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification email with the tracking number. You can also log in to your account and check the shipping status in "My Orders."
5. Address errors and package returns
Please ensure that you enter a correct and complete shipping address. If a package cannot be delivered or is returned due to an incorrect address, additional charges may be incurred and will be the buyer's responsibility.
